The supporters of 卡納里尼奧 FC booed when DENVER™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrianinho Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute Eliseu Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 played minutes DENVER™ got a freekick which was hit by Luís Eduardo Araújo. A collision led to DENVER™ getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Wanderson Passos hit a great ball. Nilmar Freitas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but João Vítor Guimarães made a huge save. Delfim Bastos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sidnei Dionísio in the 22nd minute of play. Eliseu Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 34 played minutes DENVER™ got a freekick which was hit by Adrianinho Negri. Delfim Bastos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agostinho Guedes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, DENVER™'s goal looked a bit too open when Eliseu Alagoano came free, but Delfim Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delfim Bastos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Alagoano in the 41st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sidnei Dionísio in the 43rd minute of play forced DENVER™'s goalkeeper Delfim Bastos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Elias Damasceno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wanderson Passos's late challenge caught a 卡納里尼奧 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wanderson Passos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, DENVER™'s Wanderson Passos got a free kick in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Agostinho Guedes made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, DENVER™'s Adrianinho Negri seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Adrianinho Negri the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of DENVER™ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Adrianinho Negri had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Adrianinho Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Abel Vidal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of 卡納里尼奧 FC booed when DENVER™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wanderson Passos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Eliseu Alagoano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Delfim Bastos. That made the score 0-1 in the 56 minute of play. João Vítor Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilmar Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. With a little luck, DENVER™'s Delfim Bastos got control of the ball when Elias Damasceno tried to sneak it across the goal line. DENVER™'s Delfim Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Damasceno in the 77th minute of play. DENVER™'s Waldir Romero was substituted for Guilherme Abud. 卡納里尼奧 FC made a substitution. Severino da Cunha replaced Sidnei Dionísio. DENVER™'s Caio de Mendonça was substituted for Wanderson Passos. 87 minutes into the game, Eliseu Alagoano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Delfim Bastos. Eliseu Alagoano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agostinho Guedes got free with Delfim Bastos in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. 卡納里尼奧 FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
