Stanford Peters was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Joaquim de Barros capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Joaquim de Barros really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Stanford Peters made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Gervásio Severiano sent off a good shot on target. VB-Team's Álvaro Rezende was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stanford Peters in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 20 minutes into the match, Kentucky Mustangs's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim de Barros came free, but Stanford Peters reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armindo Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tracy Brunson in the 22nd minute of the match. Gao Lang Feng kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Joaquim de Barros could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Stanford Peters made a huge save. Stanford Peters was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gervásio Severiano showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tracy Brunson in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armindo Salgado saved VB-Team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Tracy Brunson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kentucky Mustangs's supporters rose to their feet, but Tracy Brunson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armindo Salgado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Enzo Pellecchia scored 5-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stanford Peters, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
