After 4 played minutes, Titleist's Jan-Kenneth Brynildsen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Titus Fernandez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Titleist reached it. After 6 played minutes Titleist got a freekick which was hit by Dagfinn Lunden. Tony Freitas made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Titleist's Jarl Sviland. Jarl Sviland struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Titus Fernandez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Titleist. Henrik Bakstad's late challenge caught a Kentucky Mustangs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Henrik Bakstad helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, Henrik Bakstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st minute Brian Loomis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Elequemedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1-0 became the score in the 24th minute when Brian Loomis elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Brian Loomis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 30th minute, Tracy Brunson made a precise shot to the right of Isidoro Elequemedo. Titleist's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Brian Loomis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Isidoro Elequemedo made a huge save. Kentucky Mustangs's Tracy Brunson got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Titleist's Joakim Eggan got a free kick in the 36th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Kentucky Mustangs's M. Ramdhan Rombot tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 41 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Titleist! In the 43rd minute, M. Ramdhan Rombot ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidoro Elequemedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

Isidoro Elequemedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tracy Brunson in the 52nd minute of the match. When Tracy Brunson came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Kentucky Mustangs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tracy Brunson couldn't finish the play. Rikard Olaussen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kentucky Mustangs's supporters rose to their feet, but Tracy Brunson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Elequemedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77thth minute of the game Tracy Brunson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Titleist's Isidoro Elequemedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 80th minute, Ole-Petter Anda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 83 played minutes Kentucky Mustangs got a freekick which was hit by Tracy Brunson. Isidoro Elequemedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Loomis in the 92nd minute of the match. The supporters of Kentucky Mustangs booed when Titleist was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Bakstad didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Titleist's goal looked a bit too open when Tracy Brunson came free, but Isidoro Elequemedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
