Sálvio Ribeiro started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Kentucky Mustangs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bombai Bombis to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Kentucky Mustangs's goalkeeper Titus Fernandez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfredo Curado. In the 15th minute, ADCR Loreto United FC's Sálvio Ribeiro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Alfredo Curado notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Kentucky Mustangs's Titus Fernandez. Titus Fernandez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vladimiro Matai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Loomis in the 24th minute of the match. Brian Loomis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Vladimiro Matai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfredo Curado in the 40thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Titus Fernandez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 45 minutes into the match, Kentucky Mustangs's goal looked a bit too open when Cesário Abrantes came free, but Titus Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brian Loomis took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vladimiro Matai. Vladimiro Matai dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tracy Brunson made a kick off. Titus Fernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sálvio Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Curado in the 54th minute of play forced Kentucky Mustangs's goalkeeper Titus Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Tracy Brunson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimiro Matai was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Vladimiro Matai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tracy Brunson in the 60th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sálvio Ribeiro in the 64th minute of play forced Kentucky Mustangs's goalkeeper Titus Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Titus Fernandez came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by ADCR Loreto United FC's Alfredo Curado. But to his dismay, Alfredo Curado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Titus Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sálvio Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Tracy Brunson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 76th minute, Sálvio Ribeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ADCR Loreto United FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. Sálvio Ribeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Titus Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Cesário Abrantes notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Kentucky Mustangs's Titus Fernandez. Titus Fernandez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There was no doubt that ADCR Loreto United FC were the better team. ADCR Loreto United FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
