In the 7th match minute, Leon Sport Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cornel Chira to maneuver through the defense. Clóvis Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Mendes in the 11th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Fernando Vides in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Clóvis Reis saved Leon Sport Club from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Giovanni Massa could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Frederico Zonta however easily saved by the left post. Frederico Zonta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Ramos in the 19th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Marcel Ramos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Frederico Zonta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the game, Jaru-Uaru's Nicasio Abreu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Clóvis Reis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 31 minutes into the match, Jaru-Uaru's goalkeeper Frederico Zonta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valdo Prado. Valdo Prado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Jaru-Uaru booed when Leon Sport Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdo Prado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cornel Chira hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 46 minutes into the game, Narciso Mendes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Clóvis Reis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Leon Sport Club players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jaru-Uaru were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luís Fernando Vides stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Koppány Selymes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clóvis Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th match minute, Jaru-Uaru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Abarca to maneuver through the defense. In the 62nd minute, Valdo Prado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leon Sport Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Leon Sport Club's Wesley Sønck was substituted for Jon Loarte. Clóvis Reis made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Mo Ning De sent off a good shot on target. In the 76thth minute of the game Luís Fernando Vides who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Leon Sport Club's Clóvis Reis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute Luís Fernando Vides shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clóvis Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frederico Zonta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcel Ramos in the 80th minute of the match. Clóvis Reis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Fernando Vides's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. In the 86th minute, Marcel Ramos made a precise shot to the right of Frederico Zonta. Jaru-Uaru's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Frederico Zonta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giovanni Massa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Leon Sport Club's Kléberson Loureiro got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Marcel Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leon Sport Club were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Jaru-Uaru for a fine match.
