The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Zapolski in the 4th minute of play forced Pénzügyőr SE's goalkeeper Vencel Mezei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 5 minutes Pénzügyőr SE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bolli Boll who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to LEBEG Team's Fabio Di Meo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Bertil Albäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Thiago Leiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, LEBEG Team's Thiago Leiva got control of the ball when Bertil Albäck tried to sneak it across the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Bertil Albäck dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Thiago Leiva, 1-0. Arturo Zapolski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vencel Mezei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. LEBEG Team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bolli Boll in the 15th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Pénzügyőr SE's zone, Bolli Boll stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vencel Mezei came out of the goal and Bolli Boll tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pénzügyőr SE's goalkeeper Vencel Mezei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Pénzügyőr SE booed when LEBEG Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Di Meo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 minutes Pénzügyőr SE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Bolli Boll who took care of the corner kick. Vencel Mezei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Zapolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 41st minute of the game was made by Róbert Sárosi with Herberto Mascarenhas as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Pénzügyőr SE's Vencel Mezei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Zapolski in the 42nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Arturo Zapolski managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEBEG Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Zapolski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vencel Mezei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Tihamér Angyal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pénzügyőr SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Tihamér Angyal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thiago Leiva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute of the match LEBEG Team got a corner. Thiago Leiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tihamér Angyal in the 70th minute of play. Thiago Leiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tihamér Angyal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Leiva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tihamér Angyal's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. In the 73rd minute Bertil Albäck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Leiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delmiro Etxekopar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 77th minute, LEBEG Team's Arturo Zapolski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. LEBEG Team made a substitution. Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub replaced Arturo Zapolski. Vencel Mezei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serginho Ramos in the 87th minute of the match. Pénzügyőr SE's Vencel Mezei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Pénzügyőr SE from getting a goal against them. Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Vencel Mezei when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vencel Mezei was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. LEBEG Team played a much better game than Pénzügyőr SE and deserved their victory. The Pénzügyőr SE players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
