The audience thought a goal was coming when Bertil Albäck got free with Sandro Tepedino in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pénzügyőr SE's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Herberto Mascarenhas in the 7th minute. Tihamér Angyal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Sandro Tepedino made a huge save. Vencel Mezei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tato Vega in the 12th minute of play. Vencel Mezei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lando Norin in the 13th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Pénzügyőr SE's goal looked a bit too open when Lando Norin came free, but Vencel Mezei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lando Norin in the 23rd minute of play forced Pénzügyőr SE's goalkeeper Vencel Mezei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Que se abra o mar were awarded a corner. Lando Norin went to the cornerflag to take it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bertil Albäck in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sandro Tepedino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the match, Que se abra o mar's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Albäck came free, but Sandro Tepedino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sandro Tepedino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Albäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute, Bertil Albäck left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pénzügyőr SE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ivar Eriksson hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Bertil Albäck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Sandro Tepedino made a huge save. 46 minutes into the match, Tihamér Angyal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sandro Tepedino. Que se abra o mar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tihamér Angyal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bertil Albäck to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Pénzügyőr SE's Vencel Mezei got control of the ball when Ivar Eriksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Que se abra o mar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lando Norin in the 53rd minute. Pénzügyőr SE's Vencel Mezei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lando Norin in the 60th minute of play. Tato Vega who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Vencel Mezei when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Que se abra o mar made a substitution. Loco Orange replaced Tato Vega. Sandro Tepedino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Albäck in the 70th minute of play. Albertinho Andrade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vencel Mezei having to interfere. Vencel Mezei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lando Norin, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 80th minute of the match Pénzügyőr SE got a corner. Que se abra o mar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Herberto Mascarenhas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Márton Soós almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Que se abra o mar's Sandro Tepedino did a great save. After a rather tough play, Pénzügyőr SE's Herberto Mascarenhas got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Bebeto Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Vencel Mezei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Loco Orange in the 93rd minute. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Loco Orange took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Vencel Mezei to make any attempt to save it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Pénzügyőr SE fans cheered their team off the field, for while Que se abra o mar had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
