Atilano Benat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jon Loarte's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Jon Loarte hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Clóvis Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Guimarães in the 31st minute of the match. Raimundo Guimarães recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute Giovanni Massa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Benat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leon Sport Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cornel Chira in the 37th minute. After taking down the ball on Leon Sport Club's corner Cornel Chira fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Atilano Benat quite easily take care of the ball. Atilano Benat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovanni Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Cornel Chira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Atilano Benat. Dromes FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Atilano Benat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giovanni Massa, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After some careless play in the Dromes FC defense, Valdo Prado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atilano Benat. The Dromes FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilano Benat should have stopped the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Cornel Chira made in the 53rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Valdo Prado however managed to control. In the 54th minute of the match, Giovanni Massa got a very nice opportunity to score, but Atilano Benat was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 55th minute of the match, Valdo Prado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Atilano Benat saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 64th minute Raimundo Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clóvis Reis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Valdo Prado could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Atilano Benat however easily saved by the left post. Jon Loarte blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atilano Benat having to make a save. Kléberson Loureiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Atilano Benat made a huge save. Leon Sport Club's Wesley Sønck was substituted for Jon Loarte. Leon Sport Club were awarded a corner in the 71th minute after Dromes FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cornel Chira took the corner. Cornel Chira made a great header on Leon Sport Club's corner, it was just that Dromes FC's Atilano Benat managed to reach the ball for a save. The supporters of Leon Sport Club booed when Dromes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jack Grealish didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Benat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcel Ramos, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leon Sport Club's goalkeeper Clóvis Reis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Humberto Lleir in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Clóvis Reis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 92 minutes into the match, Dromes FC's goalkeeper Atilano Benat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valdo Prado. Kléberson Loureiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Benat having to interfere. Dromes FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
