The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Raimundo Guimarães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sepp Mainville saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sepp Mainville was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Raimundo Guimarães capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Raimundo Guimarães really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Atilano Benat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Herz in the 11th minute of the match. Zelg FC were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Dromes FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Albain Furst took the corner. 17 minutes into the game, Jan Giacomozzi threw the ball into play from the sideline. Dromes FC's Donato Sedeni quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Zelg FC booed when Dromes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Pablo Rodríguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Jonas Herz put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Atilano Benat. In the 27th minute Gilles Clerc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Benat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dromes FC's Atilano Benat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irwin Monney in the 30th minute of play. Sepp Mainville showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Guimarães in the 33rd minute of the match. Atilano Benat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Irwin Monney in the 36th minute of play. Dromes FC's Atilano Benat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Herz in the 38th minute of play. Zelg FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Albain Furst in the 41st minute. It was a well-played corner which Gilles Clerc managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. A sloppy throw-in by Donato Sedeni in the 43rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Zelg FC's Stephan Eichenberger. Sepp Mainville was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raimundo Guimarães showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 46 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonas Herz to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Dromes FC's Atilano Benat got control of the ball when Gilles Clerc tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Raimundo Guimarães in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sepp Mainville prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sepp Mainville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Guimarães in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to Zelg FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Albain Furst hit a great ball. Donato Sedeni hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. The supporters of Zelg FC booed when Dromes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Sedeni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Herz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilano Benat having to interfere. In the 78th minute, Humberto Lleir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dromes FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Jonas Herz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Atilano Benat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Juan Pablo Rodríguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zelg FC's Sepp Mainville played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Humberto Lleir in the 87th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Humberto Lleir notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Zelg FC's Sepp Mainville. Sepp Mainville was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jonas Herz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Zelg FC's Jonas Herz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Atilano Benat. That made the score 4-2 after 95 minutes of play. Dromes FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Zelg FC for a fine match.
