Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tato Vega made the kick off which started today's match. Silvinho da Silveira hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Jonas Herz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Sandro Tepedino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes in the game Silvinho da Silveira did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ivar Eriksson. 12 minutes into the match, Jonas Herz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Que se abra o mar's Sandro Tepedino. Sandro Tepedino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 16 minutes, Tato Vega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Que se abra o mar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tato Vega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sandro Tepedino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonas Herz's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by Que se abra o mar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Albain Furst was slow to take the kick. During this time Zelg FC's players had a chance to rest. Albain Furst made a great header on Zelg FC's corner, it was just that Que se abra o mar's Sandro Tepedino managed to reach the ball for a save. Albertinho Andrade could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Sepp Mainville made a huge save. Sepp Mainville was a little too slow when Tato Vega got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 25th minute. The score was now 1-2. After having played for 28 minutes, Tato Vega managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Que se abra o mar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tato Vega was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's goalkeeper Sepp Mainville had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albertinho Andrade. In the 39th minute, Que se abra o mar's Albertinho Andrade ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sepp Mainville. Sepp Mainville yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. After 45 played minutes Que se abra o mar got a freekick which was hit by Ivar Eriksson. Albain Furst's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sandro Tepedino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute Jonas Herz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Tepedino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jonas Herz made the kick off in the second half. Sandro Tepedino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Herz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the game, Bebeto Pimenta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Que se abra o mar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zelg FC the free kick. In the 55th minute, Bebeto Pimenta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sandro Tepedino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Herz, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Sepp Mainville made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tato Vega in the 62nd minute of play. Sandro Tepedino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gilles Clerc in the 64th minute. Jonas Herz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Sandro Tepedino made a huge save. After 67th play minutes Gilles Clerc shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Sandro Tepedino and just under the crossbar into goal. Que se abra o mar's Loco Orange was substituted for Tato Vega. Jonas Herz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sandro Tepedino having to make a save. Sepp Mainville showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tommy Van Elsen, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Que se abra o mar were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Zelg FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lando Norin took the corner. 79 minutes into the game, Silvinho da Silveira threw the ball into play from the sideline. Zelg FC's Irwin Monney quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 81stth minute of the game Loco Orange who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zelg FC's Sepp Mainville was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A throw-in in the 84th minute of the game was made by Silvinho da Silveira with Bebeto Pimenta as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Herz in the 85th minute of play forced Que se abra o mar's goalkeeper Sandro Tepedino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Loco Orange might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sepp Mainville. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Loco Orange ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 88 in the game by Jonas Herz from a close distance when the talented Sandro Tepedino managed to make a qualified save. Que se abra o mar's players were relieved. 89 minutes into the match, Zelg FC's Jonas Herz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandro Tepedino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Loco Orange had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Zelg FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Zelg FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
