In the 20th minute, Tracy Brunson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberto Verna got free with Titus Fernandez in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 27 played minutes Kentucky Mustangs got a freekick which was hit by Bombai Bombis. In the 30th minute LEBEG Team were awarded a corner. Bolli Boll went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Thiago Leiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Loomis, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Zapolski got free with Titus Fernandez in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Zapolski in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Titus Fernandez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arturo Zapolski in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Titus Fernandez saved Kentucky Mustangs from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Bolli Boll took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Titus Fernandez to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Kentucky Mustangs's Wilford Griggs got a free kick in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The audience was convinced that Delmiro Etxekopar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Titus Fernandez was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub managed to get in a good position for a shot. LEBEG Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kentucky Mustangs's Tracy Brunson got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 71 minutes of play, LEBEG Team's Arturo Zapolski made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Titus Fernandez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Titus Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub in the 74th minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Kentucky Mustangs's goal looked a bit too open when Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub came free, but Titus Fernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thiago Leiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tracy Brunson in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute Kentucky Mustangs were awarded a corner. M. Ramdhan Rombot went to the cornerflag to take it. Kentucky Mustangs's Titus Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bolli Boll in the 82nd minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Titus Fernandez. Kentucky Mustangs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jo-Wilfried Zaaboub was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Titus Fernandez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bolli Boll went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Titus Fernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Zapolski, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. LEBEG Team's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
