The corner led FC Urzicuța's Cristi Chivu to fire away a dangerous shot which Einar Ingvall despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of FC Urzicuța booed when Olofsi IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ákos Sándor didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by İrfan Attar in the 37th minute of play forced Olofsi IF's goalkeeper Einar Ingvall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Urzicuța's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cristi Chivu in the 39th minute. The corner led FC Urzicuța's Kulabhusana Karabashlykov to fire away a dangerous shot which Einar Ingvall despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Kulabhusana Karabashlykov scored 0-2 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Einar Ingvall, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 46 minutes into the match, Olofsi IF's goal looked a bit too open when Aurel Beldeanu came free, but Einar Ingvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for İrfan Attar to strike the kick off in the second half. İrfan Attars short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Einar Ingvall to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 52nd minute FC Urzicuța were awarded a corner. Cristi Chivu went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on FC Urzicuța's corner Cristi Chivu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Einar Ingvall quite easily take care of the ball. FC Urzicuța's Sandu Vlaicu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefano St. Juste in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Olofsi IF booed when FC Urzicuța was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerry Talbot didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Apolo Mingo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Urzicuța fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. İrfan Attar received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Einar Ingvall came out and tried to block the shot, but İrfan Attar slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 69th minute. Lars-Erik Friberger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandu Vlaicu having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Olofsi IF got a freekick which was hit by Wasyl Majczyk. In the 79th match minute, Olofsi IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdemar Jonasson to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Cristi Chivu in the 79th minute really tested Einar Ingvall's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Wasyl Majczyk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sandu Vlaicu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. When Cristi Chivu came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the FC Urzicuța fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristi Chivu couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, FC Urzicuța's Sorin Bârlă dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. Einar Ingvall made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Sorin Bârlă sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Olofsi IF's Einar Ingvall got control of the ball when Sorin Bârlă tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Olofsi IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC Urzicuța were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
