San Ciro Utd's Gregorio Astigar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience was convinced that Håkan Wennersten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Epifanio Beila was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. The referee ignored C.del.U FC's protests and gave Romeo Ospin a yellow card for diving instead. Romeo Ospin kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. With a little luck, C.del.U FC's Felipe Tajo got control of the ball when Bruno Conti tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.del.U FC's goalkeeper Felipe Tajo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 91 played minutes C.del.U FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Ospin. The supporters of San Ciro Utd booed when C.del.U FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Ospin didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. San Ciro Utd had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
