Kunga King received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Xano Menendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 5th minute, Christian Martxelin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marty Bettney charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marty Bettney the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute Rafael Maria Píriz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xano Menendez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Πυργετός Fc's goalkeeper Xano Menendez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Xano Menendez came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Bazellatin F.C.'s Kunga King. But to his dismay, Kunga King quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Xano Menendez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Maria Píriz in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Πυργετός Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Kunga King came free, but Xano Menendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Πυργετός Fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Valer Trifu in the 26th minute. Bazellatin F.C.'s Niculae Ailenei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aniol Peña in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Πυργετός Fc's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amadeu Bessa was slow to take the kick. During this time Bazellatin F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Amadeu Bessa got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Xano Menendez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Xano Menendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Maria Píriz in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Πυργετός Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Maria Píriz came free, but Xano Menendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Πυργετός Fc getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Christian Martxelin hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Bazellatin F.C.'s Ronald de Boer got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Ilias Gouziotis's late challenge caught a Bazellatin F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ilias Gouziotis helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bazellatin F.C. booed when Πυργετός Fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ilias Gouziotis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xano Menendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kunga King, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 53rd match minute, Πυργετός Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Orhan Bakırcı to maneuver through the defense. The excitement rose when Bazellatin F.C.'s Amadeu Bessa after 55 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Πυργετός Fc's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 0-2. Xano Menendez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Maria Píriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 59 minutes into the match, Rafael Maria Píriz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Xano Menendez, 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kunga King got free with Xano Menendez in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ilias Gouziotis got his second yellow card in the match during the 68th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 69th match minute, Πυργετός Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ilias Gouziotis to maneuver through the defense. Πυργετός Fc made a substitution. Anthimos Kousouridis replaced Justin Groth. Bazellatin F.C.'s Demis Poulkos was substituted for Lambros Giotas. The corner led Bazellatin F.C.'s Amadeu Bessa to fire away a dangerous shot which Xano Menendez despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 86 minutes Πυργετός Fc's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amadeu Bessa who took care of the corner kick. Xano Menendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Maria Píriz in the 89th minute of play. Xano Menendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Maria Píriz, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute.
