In the 19th minute of the match Nonatos United got a corner. Los Galacticos's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jimmie Vikström ran over to the corner to take the kick. Liu Zhou Feng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eurico Viana in the 22nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Eurico Viana's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Liu Zhou Feng was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Eurico Viana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Liu Zhou Feng having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Nonatos United's Angel-Enrique De La Rosa-Choca got a free kick in the 39th minute. Eurico Viana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Nonatos United's Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Los Galacticos's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Sture Hellbom made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Los Galacticos's goal looked a bit too open when Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink came free, but Liu Zhou Feng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jerzy Giejda hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute Eurico Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liu Zhou Feng saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Los Galacticos's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jimmie Vikström was slow to take the kick. During this time Nonatos United's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Nonatos United's Jimmie Vikström to fire away a dangerous shot which Liu Zhou Feng despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 59 played minutes Los Galacticos got a freekick which was hit by Sture Hellbom. In the 61st minute, Ruben Le got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Liu Zhou Feng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eurico Viana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Liu Zhou Feng made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink in the 66th minute of play forced Los Galacticos's goalkeeper Liu Zhou Feng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cengizhan Kaan's late challenge caught a Los Galacticos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cengizhan Kaan helped the player get up and apologised. Los Galacticos's Xie Yue Chao was substituted for Qi Chen Yuan. Cengizhan Kaan kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Nonatos United were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Los Galacticos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jimmie Vikström took the corner. 78 minutes into the game, Eurico Viana cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Liu Zhou Feng was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Los Galacticos's zone, Eurico Viana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Liu Zhou Feng came out of the goal and Eurico Viana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink made a precise shot to the right of Liu Zhou Feng. Los Galacticos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 95th minute, Eriberto Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Nonatos United left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Los Galacticos.
