Ovando Cabada made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Hasta Alfonso sent off a good shot on target. Atauri Urquiaga hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Alfonso Ugarte's Ovando Cabada proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Alfonso Ugarte from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Alfonso Ugarte's Ovando Cabada got control of the ball when Hasta Alfonso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hasta Alfonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Ovando Cabada made a huge save. In the 35th minute of the match Glentown FC got a corner. Alfonso Ugarte's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hasta Alfonso ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Gustaf Allbom got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ovando Cabada quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Garaile Opacio struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Olov Ahlquist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alfonso Ugarte. Hasta Alfonso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hasta Alfonso made a kick off. A sloppy throw-in by Roberto-Carlos da Silva in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Glentown FC's Mister Nudel. Ovando Cabada took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Fransson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfonso Ugarte's Ovando Cabada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ralf Fransson in the 63rd minute of play. Hồ Linda made a great header on Glentown FC's corner, it was just that Alfonso Ugarte's Ovando Cabada managed to reach the ball for a save. 66 minutes into the match, Alfonso Ugarte's goal looked a bit too open when Hasta Alfonso came free, but Ovando Cabada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Hasta Alfonso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ovando Cabada was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Ralf Fransson sped through Alfonso Ugarte's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ovando Cabada. Glentown FC's Jonatan Aspvik was substituted for Hasta Alfonso. After a defensive mix-up in Alfonso Ugarte's zone, Jonatan Aspvik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ovando Cabada came out of the goal and Jonatan Aspvik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute Ralf Fransson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovando Cabada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 85 minutes, Jonatan Aspvik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glentown FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonatan Aspvik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Savier Lebron kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Ovando Cabada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Fransson, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Aspvik in the 90th minute of play forced Alfonso Ugarte's goalkeeper Ovando Cabada to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Jonatan Aspvik notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Alfonso Ugarte's Ovando Cabada. Ovando Cabada was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Glentown FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
