The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jerry Dhanabalan kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Kazczyk got free with Cenk Senih in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 10 minutes into the match, Real Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Ted came free, but Alisson Becker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Kazczyk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Cenk Senih made a huge save. Sebastian Kazczyk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cenk Senih having to make a save. Cenk Senih showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Kazczyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Sebastian Hindsberg got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Miguel Baumer. Cenk Senih made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Sebastian Kazczyk sent off a good shot on target. Sebastian Kazczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Miguel Baumer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, FC GILSAA's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Redondo came free, but Cenk Senih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Real Juniors's Sebastian Kazczyk in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Alisson Becker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sebastian Hindsberg kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Cenk Senih stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sebastian Kazczyk's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Cenk Senih made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastian Kazczyk in the 38th minute. 39 minutes into the match, FC GILSAA's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Efe Suheyl came free, but Cenk Senih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, FC GILSAA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Hindsberg to maneuver through the defense. Cenk Senih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Efe Suheyl in the 47th minute of play.

FC GILSAA made a substitution. Torkild Skøt replaced Daniel Agger. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cristian Ted to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Efe Suheyl in the 53rd minute of play forced FC GILSAA's goalkeeper Cenk Senih to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Juniors's Alisson Becker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Real Juniors from getting a goal against them. 64 minutes into the match, FC GILSAA's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Efe Suheyl came free, but Cenk Senih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Ahmet Efe Suheyl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cenk Senih was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The FC GILSAA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cenk Senih should have stopped the shot. Real Juniors made a substitution. Yonko Tarchev replaced Claudio Cabrera. After 82 played minutes FC GILSAA got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Baumer. In the 83rd match minute, FC GILSAA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Baumer to maneuver through the defense. 88 minutes into the match, FC GILSAA's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Kazczyk came free, but Cenk Senih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute of the match Real Juniors got a corner. FC GILSAA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roland Redondo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Yonko Tarchev made a great header on Real Juniors's corner, it was just that FC GILSAA's Cenk Senih managed to reach the ball for a save. Alisson Becker made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Ditlef Redsø sent off a good shot on target. 91 minutes into the match, Cristian Ted dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alisson Becker, 3-2. Ahmet Efe Suheyl took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cenk Senih. Cenk Senih dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Real Juniors fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC GILSAA had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
