Puskas United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kurt Hamrin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Skövde AIK's Viktor Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmie Stephansson in the 15th minute of play. Viktor Pettersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimmie Stephansson in the 16th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Puskas United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Burni Backe to maneuver through the defense. Skövde AIK's Viktor Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Gallberg in the 18th minute of play. Nestor Iratxo made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Kurt Hamrin sent off a good shot on target. In the 22nd minute, Jimmie Stephansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Puskas United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kurt Hamrin in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nestor Iratxo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Skövde AIK's Viktor Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Gallberg in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Chen Ao Fan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skövde AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Nestor Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chen Ao Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 33 minutes into the match, Puskas United's goalkeeper Nestor Iratxo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chen Ao Fan. Viktor Pettersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Godholm in the 41st minute of the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 42 minutes into the game, when Egídio Fernandez put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Skövde AIK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! Jonatan Ivarsson placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jimmie Stephansson was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Puskas United's goal looked a bit too open when Jerry Williams came free, but Nestor Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nestor Iratxo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chen Ao Fan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chen Ao Fan in the 59th minute of play forced Puskas United's goalkeeper Nestor Iratxo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Puskas United's goal looked a bit too open when Chen Ao Fan came free, but Nestor Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viktor Pettersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Gallberg in the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Hans Petersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Jimmie Stephansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viktor Pettersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimmie Stephansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Iratxo came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Skövde AIK's Chen Ao Fan. But to his dismay, Chen Ao Fan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 5-2 when Jerry Williams sped through Puskas United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nestor Iratxo. With an all-out effort, Puskas United's Viktor Pettersson threw himself towards the right post 89 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Oliver Gallberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The audience thought a goal was coming when John Godholm got free with Viktor Pettersson in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Jimmie Stephansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puskas United's supporters rose to their feet, but Jimmie Stephansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Pettersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Puskas United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Skövde AIK.
