A collision led to Swindon Sweden FF getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Sven-Erik Lindberg hit a great ball. When SJÖARED's Kaj Ekegren in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Tim Hellbom was slow to take the kick. During this time SJÖARED's players had a chance to rest. In the 22nd minute Kaj Ekegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Tino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kaj Ekegren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Reynaldo Tino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Östman came free, but Adrian Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Swindon Sweden FF's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Brian Falck in the 36th minute. After taking down the ball on Swindon Sweden FF's corner Brian Falck fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Adrian Springfält quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Marcus Östman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adrian Springfält was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaj Ekegren in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reynaldo Tino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 39thth minute of the game Brian Falck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 40th match minute, SJÖARED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Bålström to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute Marcus Östman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Östman in the 45th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kaj Ekegren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by Swindon Sweden FF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kaj Ekegren in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reynaldo Tino saved Swindon Sweden FF from getting behind. Marcus Östman had several of the SJÖARED's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 55 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Adrian Springfält as he didn't even see the shot coming. SJÖARED's Ola Hansson was substituted for Tim Hellbom. Reynaldo Tino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaj Ekegren's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Kaj Ekegren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo Tino having to make a save. If Vilhelm Lidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Swindon Sweden FF made a substitution. Algot Spets replaced Kurt Haglund. SJÖARED's Isak Qvarnström was substituted for Vilhelm Lidman. 71 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goalkeeper Adrian Springfält had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcus Östman. After some careless play in the SJÖARED defense, Marcus Östman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrian Springfält. The SJÖARED fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrian Springfält should have stopped the shot. Filiberto Sauca hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, SJÖARED's Roger Bålström tried to score from far away in the 88th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Reynaldo Tino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isak Qvarnström's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. The audience was convinced that Urban Rudberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reynaldo Tino was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. When the match was over Swindon Sweden FF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SJÖARED throughout the match.
