The Shadows's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Ifrim in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Basso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Shadows's Marcos Basso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save The Shadows from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes into the match, Bajenland's Fresco Sesse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcos Basso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, The Shadows's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Ifrim came free, but Marcos Basso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Fresco Sesse in the 34th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by The Shadows's Niklas Lundqvist. Emil Hägg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niklas Lundqvist's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Bajenland's Emil Hägg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Cisek in the 37th minute of play. If Herbert Holmgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, The Shadows's goalkeeper Marcos Basso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fresco Sesse. Marcos Basso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Ifrim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Denis Ifrim to make the kick off. If Bastian Von Axelson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Bastian Von Axelson could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Emil Hägg however easily saved by the left post. Tony Lindell kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. The Shadows's Marcos Basso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Croti in the 57th minute of play. Herbert Holmgren scored 2-1 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emil Hägg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 62 minutes, Denis Ifrim made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. The Shadows's Marcos Basso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The tension between the The Shadows and the Bajenland players grew even worse after the yellow card. 97 minutes into the game, Fresco Sesse cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Marcos Basso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Bajenland support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
