In the 12th minute, Gösta Söderberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kent Näver was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 16 minutes into the game, Gösta Söderberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Kent Näver was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. INIXET BK's Tom Lövgren was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Holger Vester in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Holger Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sören Gregersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Holger Vester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Gregersson in the 25th minute of the match. Holger Vester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sören Gregersson in the 27th minute of play. INIXET BK's Kent Näver proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save INIXET BK from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Celedonio Dominguez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kent Näver. That made the score 4-0 in the 30 minute of play. A collision led to INIXET BK getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Karl-Magnus Bergman hit a great ball. Holger Vester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peder Alström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celedonio Dominguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kent Näver having to interfere. With 43 minutes on the clock, Controller Serapio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Celedonio Dominguez made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Holger Vester managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when INIXET BK's Sören Gregersson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Holger Vester showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sören Gregersson in the 55th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, Hammarby IF's Celedonio Dominguez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kent Näver narrowly saved just below the crossbar. INIXET BK's Sören Gregersson suffered a sore thigh after 61 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Ola Bremming fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hammarby IF's protests and gave Ola Bremming a yellow card for diving instead. INIXET BK's Sven-Erik Håkansson was substituted for Sören Gregersson. Ola Bremming kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, INIXET BK's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Dominguez came free, but Kent Näver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Erik Håkansson got free with Holger Vester in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Hammarby IF getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ola Bremming hit a great ball. Holger Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Hääger, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hammarby IF fully deserved thier win.
