Despite this Lars Norberg quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When spikarna's Sven Nordkvist in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hammarby IF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th match minute, Hammarby IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frans Beckenbauer to maneuver through the defense.
