After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Haritz Trespuentes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nytäppet Fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Haritz Trespuentes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Hägg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emil Hägg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dušan Vlahović, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Ifrim in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sture Abrahamsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Radomir Gerlach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emil Hägg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Gustafsson in the 37th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denis Ifrim got free with Sture Abrahamsson in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 43 minutes Bajenland's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Radomir Gerlach who took care of the corner kick. In the 44th minute Peter Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Hägg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nytäppet Fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Radomir Gerlach in the 45th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half.
