After a rather tough play, The Shadows's Niklas Lundqvist got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 3rd minute, Kaj Ekegren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 4th minute, Niklas Lundqvist made a precise shot to the right of Adrian Springfält. SJÖARED's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Adrian Springfält showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niklas Lundqvist in the 7th minute of the match. Adrian Springfält stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Niklas Lundqvist's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute Karl-Åke Andreasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Niklas Lundqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Adrian Springfält was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niklas Lundqvist in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to SJÖARED getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Helge Gustafsson hit a great ball. Marcos Basso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vilhelm Lidman in the 21st minute. Kaj Ekegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Marcos Basso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Lundqvist came free, but Adrian Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vilhelm Lidman got free with Marcos Basso in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute Niklas Lundqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Springfält saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niklas Lundqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Springfält having to interfere. Theo Stovall kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kaj Ekegren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcos Basso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helge Gustafsson in the 50th minute of the match. 52 minutes into the match, Herbert Holmgren notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält. Adrian Springfält was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 59 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goal looked a bit too open when Niklas Lundqvist came free, but Adrian Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niklas Lundqvist in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Herbert Holmgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Springfält. SJÖARED's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Herbert Holmgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. SJÖARED's Adrian Springfält proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save SJÖARED from getting a goal against them. The supporters of The Shadows booed when SJÖARED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenneth Kihlman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Shadows made a substitution. Rasmus Bark replaced Li Fei Xu. SJÖARED's Urban Rudberg was substituted for Kaj Ekegren. A collision led to SJÖARED getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Kenneth Kihlman hit a great ball. Adrian Springfält made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niklas Lundqvist in the 67th minute of play. Isak Qvarnström's late challenge caught a The Shadows's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isak Qvarnström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st minute, The Shadows's Herbert Holmgren ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Adrian Springfält. Adrian Springfält yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herbert Holmgren in the 77th minute of play forced SJÖARED's goalkeeper Adrian Springfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind SJÖARED's goalkeeper Adrian Springfält, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Holmgren came free, but Adrian Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Niklas Lundqvist came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the The Shadows fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Lundqvist couldn't finish the play. The Shadows's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
