In the 26th minute of the match, Allan Björk got a very nice opportunity to score, but Kent Näver was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Karl-Magnus Bergman took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 28th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kristoffer Västerstrand. Lidköping's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Kent Näver, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Lidköping getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Peder Alström to strike the kick off in the second half. A nice corner shot did that Pål Svanberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kristoffer Västerstrand quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The Lidköping fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Stefan Bogren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Lidköping made a substitution. Orvar Moberg replaced Per-Åke Myr. In the 90th minute Sören Gregersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Västerstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carl Kalfhage could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Kristoffer Västerstrand made a huge save. After some careless play in the INIXET BK defense, Stefan Bogren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kent Näver. The INIXET BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kent Näver should have stopped the shot. Lidköping's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
