Argentinos del Norte's Zeledon Raymon was substituted for Gaspar Laurendi. San Lorenzo's Matias Carlomagno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigio Castulo in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Argentinos del Norte booed when San Lorenzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Argentinos del Norte supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching San Lorenzo's performance. The match ended with a win for San Lorenzo.
