Brown Puerto Madryn's Santiago Nataniel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Brown Puerto Madryn from getting a goal against them. 20 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Taaniel Hill came free, but Francisco Raymond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Brown Puerto Madryn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerd Treial to maneuver through the defense. When Dante Teyo fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sven-Edvin Dalgren was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Sven-Edvin Dalgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Nataniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francisco Raymond made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Racing Club lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
