The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lionel-Andrés Messi was the one to do the kick off. Václav Filipi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Esdras in the 54th minute. Juanito Azulay replaced Baldomiro Enol. After a rather tough play, ATLETICO MENDOZA's Justo Muno got a free kick in the 72nd minute.
