Sven-Edvin Dalgren's late challenge caught a San Lorenzo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven-Edvin Dalgren helped the player get up and apologised. Racing Club's Francisco Raymond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mo Yi Sang in the 32nd minute of play. If Mo Yi Sang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matias Carlomagno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sven-Edvin Dalgren in the 40th minute. 刘文峰 hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After having played for 44 minutes, Mo Yi Sang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Matias Carlomagno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Francisco Dolfo lost his temper 53 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The goalkeeper, Francisco Raymond, was totally fooled by San Lorenzo's Mo Yi Sang, who 54 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 57 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for San Lorenzo! The referee gave Racing Club a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sven-Edvin Dalgren, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of San Lorenzo's Matias Carlomagno. 3-1. In the 95th match minute, San Lorenzo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kara Melo to maneuver through the defense. Matias Carlomagno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Dalgren in the 97th minute of play.
