Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Prishtina FC's Donato Conrao started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Conrao in the 3rd minute of play. In the 6th minute, Felix Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donato Conrao got free with Julio Vera in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Prishtina FC's Boiken Juniku was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Donato Conrao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Boiken Juniku fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Prishtina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Hickey Dunne reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Montenegro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hickey Dunne read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Donato Conrao took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 41 minutes, Primitivo Andino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the Prishtina FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Ecuador:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Prishtina FC:s goal. Ecuador:s Julio Vera showed great skill when he stopped Tião Donato:s penalty. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Conrao in the 50th minute of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Conrao in the 52nd minute of play. When Agustín Saelices came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Saelices couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Cristian Sancho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hickey Dunne. That made the score 1-2 after 59 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Prishtina FC's Gilvan Luz got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hickey Dunne. The goal made the score 1-3. Hickey Dunne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hickey Dunne showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Boiken Juniku charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Boiken Juniku the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Prishtina FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Boiken Juniku hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Hickey Dunne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prishtina FC's Tosun Manjani was substituted for Boiken Juniku. Prishtina FC's Lilo Berberi was substituted for Esat Naum. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tião Donato, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After a rather tough play, Prishtina FC's Gilvan Luz got a free kick in the 78th minute. Hickey Dunne made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Felix Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Hickey Dunne made a huge save. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 82th minute after Prishtina FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. A hard shot 84 in the game by Daniel Zorita from a close distance when the talented Hickey Dunne managed to make a qualified save. Prishtina FC's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Donato Conrao put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
