Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Luis Andino got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 4th match minute, Ginlabbet Stockholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Március Péntek to maneuver through the defense. The corner led Ecuador's Luis Andino to fire away a dangerous shot which Karl-Åke Sandström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Åke Sandström having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute of play forced Ginlabbet Stockholm's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Sandström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Ginlabbet Stockholm's Karl-Åke Sandström. Karl-Åke Sandström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karl-Åke Sandström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 20 minutes into the match, Ginlabbet Stockholm's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Karl-Åke Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Åke Sandström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Julio Vera was a little too slow when Március Péntek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 26th minute. The score was now 1-2. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Március Péntek sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The audience thought a goal was coming when Március Péntek got free with Julio Vera in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 39 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karl-Åke Sandström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 44th minute of play forced Ginlabbet Stockholm's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Sandström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustín Saelices's late challenge caught a Ginlabbet Stockholm's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Hedkvist's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Hedkvist hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Március Péntek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Március Péntek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Mancebo in the 62nd minute of play forced Ginlabbet Stockholm's goalkeeper Karl-Åke Sandström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Karl-Åke Sandström when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Karl-Åke Sandström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 67th minute. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 73rdth minute of the game Március Péntek who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ginlabbet Stockholm's Karl-Åke Sandström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Ginlabbet Stockholm from getting a goal against them. Sven-Olof Ålberg kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Ginlabbet Stockholm made a substitution. Jonny McNamara replaced Március Péntek. 81 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Erik Fagrell came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonny McNamara in the 87th minute of play. After 91 minutes of play, Ginlabbet Stockholm's Bruno Montrel made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 95th play minutes Jonny McNamara shot 5-2, a short shot which went by Julio Vera and just under the crossbar into goal.
