An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Iztal in the 4th minute of play forced BANDOLEIROS osasco's goalkeeper Karl Pilgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Sandström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodolfo Anaya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Billy Sandström's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. When Tacheros OFF's Adolfo Blanco in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BANDOLEIROS osasco's goalie prevented a goal. Karl Pilgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adolfo Blanco's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute Tacheros OFF were awarded a corner. Jan-Ove Tunander went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Jan-Ove Tunander got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Karl Pilgren quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Matias Iztal's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Karl Pilgren firmly grabbed it by the left post. A hard shot 14 in the game by Christian Najarro from a close distance when the talented Karl Pilgren managed to make a qualified save. BANDOLEIROS osasco's players were relieved. Christian Najarro had several of the BANDOLEIROS osasco's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 14 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Karl Pilgren as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 16 played minutes BANDOLEIROS osasco got a freekick which was hit by Billy Sandström. Christian Najarro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Karl Pilgren made a huge save. 18 minutes into the match, BANDOLEIROS osasco's Billy Sandström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rodolfo Anaya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rodolfo Anaya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Billy Sandström in the 20th minute of the match. BANDOLEIROS osasco's Karl Pilgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Blanco in the 26th minute of play. Billy Sandström scored 1-2 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodolfo Anaya, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Tacheros OFF's Jan-Ove Tunander got a free kick in the 46th minute. In the 47th minute, Jan-Ove Tunander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 49 minutes into the match, Tacheros OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Billy Sandström came free, but Rodolfo Anaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Billy Sandström to make the kick off. When BANDOLEIROS osasco's Billy Sandström in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tacheros OFF's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Tacheros OFF's Artemio Javiero got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 59 minutes of play, BANDOLEIROS osasco's Billy Sandström made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Anaya was left in no man's land by his defense there! BANDOLEIROS osasco's José Augusto Nóbrega was substituted for Ziemowit Haskiewicz. If Peter Paul Crouch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rodolfo Anaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Paul Crouch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tacheros OFF's Rodolfo Anaya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Tacheros OFF from getting a goal against them. Peter Paul Crouch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 75 minutes into the match, Peter Paul Crouch had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodolfo Anaya. Tacheros OFF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Paul Crouch was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. BANDOLEIROS osasco's Karl Pilgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Iztal in the 78th minute of play. Karl Pilgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattin Solbeida, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Matias Iztal might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Karl Pilgren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matias Iztal ran back to his position shaking his head. 85 minutes into the match, Tacheros OFF's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Paul Crouch came free, but Rodolfo Anaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Anaya didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peter Paul Crouch went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Jan-Ove Tunander made in the 95th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Christian Najarro however managed to control. Peter Paul Crouch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rodolfo Anaya having to make a save. 97 minutes into the match, Tacheros OFF's goalkeeper Rodolfo Anaya had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peter Paul Crouch. BANDOLEIROS osasco were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Tacheros OFF's much stronger midfield.
