Vitório de Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jimeno Berdoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mexilhão F. Olgierd Serwach came out of the goal and José Paulo Costa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute, Elias Rufo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EL FIRULETE fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Vitório de Salles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Barto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Barto in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vitório de Salles saved Mexilhão F. C. from getting behind. Mexilhão F. C.'s Vitório de Salles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Rufo in the 95th minute of play. Mexilhão F. C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
