The referee ignored Pangarés FC's protests and gave Afonsinho de Senna a yellow card for diving instead. Romulo Hibai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Angelino Raulo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemar Perez, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Filomeno Arano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Froilan Cresconio made a huge save. The supporters of Pangarés FC booed when La Zabaleta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Henrico didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zacarias Herauso got free with Froilan Cresconio in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
