Ahmet Gökalp Ülker kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Cappadocia FC's Oğuzhan Er proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Cappadocia FC from getting a goal against them. 5 minutes into the game, Naim Ökmen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gustaw Fafinski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 7th minute, Josué Negri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 played minutes KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A got a freekick which was hit by Birrell Watman. Rıfat Erdem struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Gustaw Fafinski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cappadocia FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slawomir Wojciechowski in the 13th minute of play forced Cappadocia FC's goalkeeper Oğuzhan Er to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Gianluca Scamacca got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cappadocia FC's Oğuzhan Er played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slawomir Wojciechowski in the 20th minute of play. When Sarper Cesman fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cappadocia FC's protests and gave Sarper Cesman a yellow card for diving instead. Sarper Cesman kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 22 played minutes KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A got a freekick which was hit by Elías Olsson. After 23 played minutes KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A got a freekick which was hit by Birrell Watman. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Naim Ökmen was slow to take the kick. During this time Cappadocia FC's players had a chance to rest. A well-hit corner resulted in Sarper Cesman heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Naim Ökmen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gustaw Fafinski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's goalkeeper Gustaw Fafinski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cappadocia FC's Oğuzhan Er played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianluca Scamacca in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute Gianluca Scamacca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oğuzhan Er saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oğuzhan Er showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gianluca Scamacca, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Gustaw Fafinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Naim Ökmen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Naim Ökmen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Birrell Watman got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half Cappadocia FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Naim Ökmen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gianluca Scamacca struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Oğuzhan Er didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A. 55 minutes into the game, KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's Stig Rødal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oğuzhan Er made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 59th minute, Stig Rødal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 65th minute, Naim Ökmen fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Oğuzhan Er stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gianluca Scamacca's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. With his leg Gustaw Fafinski managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Cappadocia FC's Naim Ökmen fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Cappadocia FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Mirkelam Tükelalp hit a great ball. Naim Ökmen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Gustaw Fafinski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sarper Cesman kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig Rødal in the 95th minute of play forced Cappadocia FC's goalkeeper Oğuzhan Er to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Cappadocia FC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Mevlüt Mutlu hit a great ball. KS Lechia Gdańsk S.A's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
