Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Clube Atlético Palhocense defense, Cezmi Gök kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zé Paulo de Godoi. The Clube Atlético Palhocense fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zé Paulo de Godoi should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Clube Atlético Palhocense booed when MarineerS FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tekin Batırhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Paulo de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Rundell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Cezmi Gök had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zé Paulo de Godoi. Clube Atlético Palhocense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cezmi Gök was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 25 minutes into the match, Clube Atlético Palhocense's goal looked a bit too open when Cezmi Gök came free, but Zé Paulo de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clube Atlético Palhocense's Zé Paulo de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Antolin in the 27th minute of play. Arthur Vargas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnoldo Leicea read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Cezmi Gök sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zé Paulo de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezmi Gök, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Cezmi Gök took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Paulo de Godoi. Zé Paulo de Godoi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Carl Rundell succeeded in the game's 43rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6.

Zé Paulo de Godoi was a little too slow when Cezmi Gök got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-7. MarineerS FK made a substitution. Žydrūnas Pauža replaced Cezmi Gök. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Žydrūnas Pauža took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Zé Paulo de Godoi to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Clube Atlético Palhocense getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Laerte Arantes hit a great ball. Clube Atlético Palhocense's Zé Paulo de Godoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Clube Atlético Palhocense from getting a goal against them. In the 67th match minute, Clube Atlético Palhocense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo José Toscano to maneuver through the defense. Valentin Rydberg scored 0-9 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Paulo de Godoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 74 minutes of play, MarineerS FK's Žydrūnas Pauža made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Paulo de Godoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! 77 minutes into the game, Mecnun Seha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Zé Paulo de Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. MarineerS FK made a substitution. Serafino Modestio replaced Dinç Tuncay. In the 87th minute, Valentin Rydberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MarineerS FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-13. Zé Paulo de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Rydberg in the 93rd minute of the match. MarineerS FK played a much better game than Clube Atlético Palhocense and deserved their victory. The Clube Atlético Palhocense players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
