Boris Kerth made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Zhao Yao Ying sent off a good shot on target. Anxo Cecilia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guo Han Di made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Ljusberg in the 9th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Erik Ljusberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guo Han Di was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Erik Ljusberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guo Han Di read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Muhammed-Emir Benice sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ronaldo Fitriansyah struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Guo Han Di didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mish Fútbol Club. Erik Ljusberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Guo Han Di tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Mish Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Zhao Yao Ying came free, but Boris Kerth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Ljusberg in the 21st minute of play forced Oldham Athletic's goalkeeper Guo Han Di to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Oldham Athletic's goalkeeper Guo Han Di, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Boris Kerth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian-Federico Dolić, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Cristian-Federico Dolić dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Boris Kerth, 1-0. In the 34th match minute, Oldham Athletic was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Åke Borre to maneuver through the defense. Guo Han Di made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hastomo Fitriansyah in the 35th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erik Ljusberg in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guo Han Di prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mish Fútbol Club's Boris Kerth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian-Federico Dolić in the 41st minute of play. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Cristian-Federico Dolić sped through Mish Fútbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Boris Kerth. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zhao Yao Ying was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Mish Fútbol Club's Hastomo Fitriansyah got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Boris Kerth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhao Yao Ying in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Oldham Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Ljusberg came free, but Guo Han Di reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 minutes of play, Mish Fútbol Club's Erik Ljusberg made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guo Han Di was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erik Ljusberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Guo Han Di came out and tried to block the shot, but Erik Ljusberg slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 63rd minute. Zhao Yao Ying received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Boris Kerth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oldham Athletic's Valter Abrahamsson was substituted for Anxo Cecilia. 71 minutes into the match, Oldham Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Erik Ljusberg came free, but Guo Han Di reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zhao Yao Ying's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boris Kerth read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Mish Fútbol Club's Erik Ljusberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Guo Han Di narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Filippo Bobbio went to the cornerflag to take it. Guo Han Di stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erik Ljusberg's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Erik Ljusberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Guo Han Di made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valter Abrahamsson in the 93rd minute of play forced Mish Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Boris Kerth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Kirk Fitriansyah was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mish Fútbol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oldham Athletic the free kick. In the 94th minute, Kirk Fitriansyah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
