When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robert Budrewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Güntekin Adılhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Diguinho Gaúcho in the 59th minute of the match. Hüsnü Saltuk made in the 62nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Arnaud Clément. With a little luck, SORRISO E. C.'s Christiano Arce got control of the ball when Luís Cubilla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Christiano Arce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Cubilla went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Güntekin Adılhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cléber da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Güntekin Adılhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diguinho Gaúcho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 78 played minutes SORRISO E. C. got a freekick which was hit by Edmílson da Rocha. Christiano Arce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Budrewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christiano Arce didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Cubilla went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute, ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's Luís Cubilla dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3.
