When Feliciano Harri came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Zuberbühler FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Feliciano Harri couldn't finish the play. Feliciano Harri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 16 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's Feliciano Harri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidio Ritchie narrowly saved just below the crossbar. PoWer SC 2K5 were furious when Max Babbel was red carded, 19 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Casimiro Romero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zuberbühler FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Casimiro Romero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Ritchie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Feliciano Harri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zuberbühler FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Klose was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Zuberbühler FC's Feliciano Harri slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ovidio Ritchie. That made the score 0-5 after 52 minutes of play. When Casimiro Romero fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zuberbühler FC's protests and gave Casimiro Romero a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Casimiro Romero. 57 minutes into the match, Zuberbühler FC's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Klose came free, but 龚扬强 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zuberbühler FC's Feliciano Harri got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 65 minutes into the match, PoWer SC 2K5's goalkeeper Ovidio Ritchie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Feliciano Harri. 龚扬强 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakob Klinsmann in the 73rd minute of play. Pablo Acevedo struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Ovidio Ritchie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zuberbühler FC. But to his dismay, Michael Götze quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. 95 minutes into the game, Jakob Klinsmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. 龚扬强 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Zuberbühler FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
