Cafu Martins blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tobiasz Turacki having to make a save. Tobiasz Turacki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cafu Martins, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Pindorama's Hortêncio Duarte proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Pindorama from getting a goal against them. Zé Pedro Salles charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Pedro Salles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Pindorama getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. After the first half Pindorama were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Cedynia's Robert Beninda got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cedynia's Alekos Kadoglou was substituted for Robert Beninda. 68 minutes into the game, Cedynia's Bartlomiej Bochinski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hortêncio Duarte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Alekos Kadoglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hortêncio Duarte having to interfere. 77 minutes into the game, Davi Botelho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pindorama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cedynia the free kick. A collision led to Pindorama getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Davi Botelho hit a great ball. Cedynia's Alekos Kadoglou got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Cristofol in the 81st minute of play forced Pindorama's goalkeeper Hortêncio Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hortêncio Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Cristofol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bartlomiej Bochinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alekos Kadoglou took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hortêncio Duarte. Hortêncio Duarte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Alekos Kadoglou scored 5-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hortêncio Duarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Cedynia players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
