After a defensive mix-up in ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's zone, Ranolfo Güega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timo Courtois came out of the goal and Ranolfo Güega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrik Ugla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Irinel Tatomir in the 12th minute of play. Fulgencio Cristofol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Timo Courtois tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cedynia's goalkeeper Patrik Ugla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Timo Courtois took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Cristofol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Irinel Tatomir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Patrik Ugla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lucrețiu Ghimiș's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Beninda in the 31st minute of play forced ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's goalkeeper Timo Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Irinel Tatomir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Lucrețiu Ghimiș slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Patrik Ugla. That made the score 2-0 after 36 minutes of play. After 38 played minutes Cedynia got a freekick which was hit by Kasey Laverick. 39 minutes into the match, Cedynia's goalkeeper Patrik Ugla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș. Patrik Ugla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Tatomir in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Fulgencio Cristofol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cedynia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Fulgencio Cristofol managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cedynia's supporters rose to their feet, but Fulgencio Cristofol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Timo Courtois breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 made a substitution. Christoffel Bracke replaced Eliodor Gheban. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Robert Beninda made a kick off. Patrik Ugla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 56th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Irinel Tatomir nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrik Ugla made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Cedynia's Patrik Ugla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Ghimiș in the 71st minute of play.
