Nektarios Varveris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alekos Kadoglou in the 9th minute of play. Patrik Ugla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basarab Vărzaru, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute, Bianco Cappucci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrik Ugla was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Patrik Ugla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irinel Tatomir, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 23 minutes of play, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Irinel Tatomir made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrik Ugla was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 26th minute, Irinel Tatomir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Nektarios Varveris successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kasey Laverick made in the 37th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tadeusz Jakubiak immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irinel Tatomir in the 39th minute of play forced Cedynia's goalkeeper Patrik Ugla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 minutes Cedynia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eugen Mihălțan who took care of the corner kick. 44 minutes into the match, Lucrețiu Ghimiș had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Patrik Ugla. Cedynia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucrețiu Ghimiș was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Patrik Ugla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucrețiu Ghimiș, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Irinel Tatomir was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Patrik Ugla threw himself towards the right post 59 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Irinel Tatomir, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cedynia's Patrik Ugla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irinel Tatomir in the 74th minute of play. In the 85th minute Basarab Vărzaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrik Ugla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 92 minutes, Irinel Tatomir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's supporters crossed their fingers, but Irinel Tatomir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 93rd match minute, Cedynia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cyryl Brzeszczak to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Gică Popescu sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Cedynia's Patrik Ugla didn't even have to move. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
