After a rather tough play, YR Mechelen's Stijn De Jong got a free kick in the 37th minute. When Eleuterio Isaio came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Umbekannt87 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eleuterio Isaio couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, YR Mechelen's Rudy Wijgaert got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Flavio Cidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lieven Raedemaeckers in the 48th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Leandro Acuña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in YR Mechelen's zone, Leandro Acuña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexandre Van Mechelen came out of the goal and Leandro Acuña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jannick Melkval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Flavio Cidro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Matias Reyes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Umbekannt87's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave YR Mechelen the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lieven Raedemaeckers in the 77th minute of play forced Umbekannt87's goalkeeper Flavio Cidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 79 minutes on the clock, Eleuterio Isaio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Umbekannt87! In the 81st minute there was a penalty for YR Mechelen. Evert-Jan De Roeck stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Flavio Cidro. 1-0. Rudy Wijgaert kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When Anselmo Beltxe came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Umbekannt87 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anselmo Beltxe couldn't finish the play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. YR Mechelen were victorious despite being under pressure from Umbekannt87 for much of the match.
