Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Filip Inzaghi took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of AKS Peczelice booed when YR Mechelen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viktor Bruyneel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viktor Bruyneel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filip Inzaghi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stanny Van Wontergem came out and tried to block the shot, but Filip Inzaghi slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leon Derlanga during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Leon Derlanga hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 16 minutes of play, YR Mechelen's Tibo Van den Bergen made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teobald Topolski was left in no man's land by his defense there! YR Mechelen's Tibo Van den Bergen got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute Tibo Van den Bergen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobald Topolski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stanny Van Wontergem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filip Inzaghi in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, AKS Peczelice's Gwidon Henryk got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Sylwester Cwojdak hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Tibo Van den Bergen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teobald Topolski was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Leon Derlanga hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Teobald Topolski came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by YR Mechelen's Alan Wirinckx. But to his dismay, Alan Wirinckx quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.

The wind increased when Tibo Van den Bergen made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tibo Van den Bergen in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teobald Topolski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Tibo Van den Bergen managed to get in a good position for a shot. YR Mechelen's supporters rose to their feet, but Tibo Van den Bergen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teobald Topolski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Tibo Van den Bergen sped through AKS Peczelice's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Teobald Topolski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Inzaghi in the 67th minute of play forced YR Mechelen's goalkeeper Stanny Van Wontergem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 69 played minutes, AKS Peczelice's Borys Zagrodny shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stanny Van Wontergem came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in AKS Peczelice reached it. Teobald Topolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tibo Van den Bergen, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 72nd minute, Wincenty Logewnik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Edmund Przewozik came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the AKS Peczelice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edmund Przewozik couldn't finish the play. Filip Inzaghi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Teobald Topolski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tibo Van den Bergen's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. In the 93rd match minute, YR Mechelen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pino Van Mechelen to maneuver through the defense. After 97 minutes, Jozef Van Acker mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the YR Mechelen and the AKS Peczelice players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to YR Mechelen getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Jozef Van Acker hit a great ball. YR Mechelen played a much better game than AKS Peczelice and deserved their victory. The AKS Peczelice players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
