The crowd rose to their feet as Hamburg Fighters's Dinu Bocu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zé Paulo de Godoi. That made the score 2-0 after 34 minutes of play. After 54 minutes Clube Atlético Palhocense's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wieslaw Obuchowicz who took care of the corner kick. Gianni Balla's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zé Paulo de Godoi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, Hamburg Fighters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valerian Podlich to maneuver through the defense. Zé Paulo de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brandon Rick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66thth minute of the game Dinu Bocu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clube Atlético Palhocense's Zé Paulo de Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dinu Bocu might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zé Paulo de Godoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dinu Bocu ran back to his position shaking his head. 69 minutes into the game, Dinu Bocu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Zé Paulo de Godoi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 72nd minute, Dinu Bocu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hamburg Fighters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Róbson Paraíba made in the 79th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Hamburg Fighters's Leandros Hölsch.
