An unexpectedly hard shot by Lauro Moreira in the 3rd minute of play forced Berserkers FC Ψ's goalkeeper Ramiro Gabrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atletico Chusca's Leonardo Gumaro got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steve Harris got free with Serafin Eate in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute Herman Arvidsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramiro Gabrio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 17 played minutes Club Atletico Chusca got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Platon. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Chusca's Folke Överman got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Serafin Eate was a little too slow when Elvio Ted got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-0. If Herman Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramiro Gabrio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauro Moreira in the 30th minute of the match. Club Atletico Chusca's Serafin Eate played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan-Ramón Verón in the 33rd minute of play. Ramiro Gabrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauro Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elvio Ted got free with Serafin Eate in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Berserkers FC Ψ made a substitution. Godofredo James replaced Elvio Ted. Club Atletico Chusca made a substitution. Sad Boy replaced Leonardo Gumaro. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juan-Ramón Verón was the one to do the kick off. In the 60thth minute of the game Juan-Ramón Verón who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Chusca's Serafin Eate was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 71st minute, Arnoldo Txema hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Atletico Chusca's Baldomero Montae was substituted for Herman Arvidsson. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Berserkers FC Ψ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Club Atletico Chusca had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
