In the 14th match minute, Cachiyuyo EAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Sevenants to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, SC Pfullendorf's Kong Guo Chong got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 17th match minute, Cachiyuyo EAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Polentzi to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute Carlos Sevenants shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kıvanç Yücesan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th match minute, Cachiyuyo EAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgard Polentzi to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Rodríguez in the 31st minute of play forced Cachiyuyo EAS's goalkeeper Evaristo Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hussein Bellido hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Argyris Zagorakis to make the kick off. Evaristo Velasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Argyris Zagorakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. Evaristo Velasco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Argyris Zagorakis's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. 55 minutes into the game, Fabricio Rencio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kıvanç Yücesan. Fabricio Rencio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Evaristo Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 彭森银, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kıvanç Yücesan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Sevenants in the 60th minute of play. Evaristo Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Rodríguez in the 64th minute of play. Cachiyuyo EAS's Evaristo Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 彭森银 in the 70th minute of play. The audience was convinced that 彭森银's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evaristo Velasco was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. 72 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo EAS's goal looked a bit too open when 彭森银 came free, but Evaristo Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute Carlos Sevenants shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kıvanç Yücesan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabricio Rencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SC Pfullendorf's Czeslaw Wallach was substituted for Karel Van Den Abeele. Evaristo Velasco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 彭森银, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers 彭森银 in the 92nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Velasco saved Cachiyuyo EAS from getting behind. A nice corner shot did that David Moya got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Evaristo Velasco quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.
