The crowd rose to their feet as Alijilán returns's Constantino Bemabe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hudson de Souza. That made the score 1-1 after 13 minutes of play. Floresta Club U18's Hudson de Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Bemabe in the 18th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Paulo de Barros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Floresta Club U18's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alijilán returns the free kick. In the 18th match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo de Barros to maneuver through the defense. Floresta Club U18's Diogo Cordeiro got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Guib received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Hudson de Souza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 37 minutes of play, Alijilán returns's Angel Leguizamón made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hudson de Souza was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hudson de Souza made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gustavo Bide in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute Diogo Cordeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Millano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angel Paez during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 44 minutes into the game, one of Alijilán returns:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

The wind increased when Constantino Bemabe made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Constantino Bemabe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alijilán returns fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Hudson de Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Bide in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Alijilán returns's Constantino Bemabe got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 74th match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geovânio Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. Diogo Cordeiro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 79th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Monico in the 81st minute of play forced Floresta Club U18's goalkeeper Hudson de Souza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agnaldo Vaz hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. The Alijilán returns players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
