Kjell-Arne Hultman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pirro Pereta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Kjell-Arne Hultman made a huge save. In the 26th minute Lalo Buenaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kjell-Arne Hultman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Rudolf Josefsson fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Kjell-Arne Hultman came out of the goal and Balesio Leiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kjell-Arne Hultman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector-Luis Conllas in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jean-Claude Van Damme made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, MAFFIAN's goal looked a bit too open when Pirro Pereta came free, but Kjell-Arne Hultman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
