Michael Meertens hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute of the match, Dale Dolar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but João Adolfo Lago saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 15th minute Augusto Consalvi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Ugutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Patricio Ugutz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. João Adolfo Lago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radul Kokalov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marino Montrelle in the 28th minute of play forced Barcellos Mineiro FC's goalkeeper Patricio Ugutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Augusto Consalvi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patricio Ugutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patricio Ugutz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marino Montrelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Kılıçalp Akgün fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Ugutz having to interfere. The supporters of Barcellos Mineiro FC booed when Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Vidal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Augusto Consalvi came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Consalvi couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augusto Consalvi made a kick off. Augusto Consalvi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patricio Ugutz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marino Montrelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 61st minute, Dale Dolar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Jorge Carrascal was substituted for Luisinho Uribe. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Patricio Ugutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Consalvi in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Barcellos Mineiro FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Jorge Carrascal hit a great ball. Barcellos Mineiro FC's Carlos-Henrique Casemiro was substituted for Tião Paraíba. After 69 played minutes Barcellos Mineiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Carrascal. After 74 played minutes Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Vidal. Radul Kokalov hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's Armando Jacinto was substituted for Kılıçalp Akgün. 78 minutes into the game, Marcos Fantini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barcellos Mineiro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER the free kick. Marcos Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 85th match minute, Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eraldo Pompilio to maneuver through the defense. Dale Dolar took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Adolfo Lago. João Adolfo Lago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Eraldo Pompilio hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Many of Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Pó de DiaManTe FMZ 4ÉVER may have spent more time on the ball, but Barcellos Mineiro FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
